Twin-Screw Sheeter

The TSS integrates a special twin-screw extruder with a two-roll calendar for the production of high quality continuous sheets.

The TSS’s low profile allows integration and retrofit to the entire line of Intermix® and Banbury® Mixers. The self-feeding, tapered twin-screws eliminate the need for mechanical pushers, a decisive advantage over traditional roller-die extruders. Synchronized variable speed motors and sensors assure orderly material feed throughout the system. Non-contacting screws, moveable roller heads and modular design minimize wear, maintenance and downtime.

The TSS is available with an optional pork chop cutter.
