The Intermix®, provides top performance in both rubber and plastics applications and is ideal for technical rubber products.

The key processing elements of the Intermix® are: NR Rotors – the interlocking nog-geometry on the NR5 rotors assure even distribution and dispersion of material ingredients; optimized water passages for cooling all chamber and rotor surfaces contacting the batch; large feed and discharge areas; precisely sealing door fit for dust reduction and a choice of hydraulic or pneumatic powered hopper ram. The result is enhanced material flow and dispersive mixing, optimized cycle times and fewer mixing passes of heat sensitive materials.

Interior surfaces of the production size Intermix® chambers are available with hard surfacing for maximum wear and resistance.
